It's A Buyer's Market

All around the country, IT'S HAPPENING... People that never dreamed of owning THAT home are now living the dream. Although Wilkes County did not succumn to the woes as hard as many portions of the country, there are great deals in and around.

The latest was the purchase of a $525,000 home in wonderful srea for ONLY $305,000. Hmmm... yes, that is right, rare but true. The house is phenomenal.
